Welcome to Shawnigan Station, a quiet community located in south Shawnigan lake! If you are looking to escape the busy city noise, look no further. South Shawnigan is close to nature trails, schools, Shawnigan village and only a 20 minute drive to Langford ! We are looking to rent our lovely home for January 1st. If interested, please email me to let me know who will be occupying the space, your expected move in date and whether you have a dog or not. Once I receive this information, I will provide our open house dates. A discount on rent will be considered if a one year lease is signed and if tenants are willing to do light yard maintenance (mowing the grass). Thanks for looking!
