ISO 4+ bedroom rental

Iso 4+ bedroom house in Lake Cowichan or surrounding area, would consider outskirts of Duncan as well. Hoping for property that will meet gardening needs. We have 1 well trained dog ( Weimaraner)and two polite indoor cats. Current Landlord is selling house however we have been long term tenants and have wonderful references. Gainfully employed full time at a reputable non-profit society. Budget is around $3000 a month depending on amenities - Looking to rent LONG TERM , not seasonally.
