Phone hookup is not included. Renter must have their own mobile account. This Property has a steep gravel driveway & a four-wheel-drive vehicle is advised. Winter snow tires are a must. Laundry is available on request when the owners are in residence at a cost of two dollars per machine per load. If the owners are away the laundry is not available.
