Very large room for rent on main floor, above ground, has little fridge and microwave and small kitchen things with table and chairs. Shared full kitchen is upstairs. Has ensuite bathroom (shower not tub) and walk in closet. Very light and located in Crofton BC by the board walk. Room will hold a bed and a couch, tv, coffee table etc as have seen others set it up that way. Not furnished other than table and chairs at this time. Looking for non-drinker, no drugs. looking for fully employed. Only myself as the other person in house and I work part time. I reside on 2nd floor, main floor is where this room is located. Very private. Washer/dryer (also main floor) whenever you like. No other add on fees, $900 inclusive with wifi heating etc. Also has own separate thermostat for heating your own area .
