Commercial Bakery Assistant

Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of our bakery, assisting in the preparation and presentation of a variety of goods., supporting the bakery staff by cleaning, doing dishes and helping with labelling and packing of products Duties Assist in the preparation bakery goods.. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Package finished products for sale, ensuring attractive presentation. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods. Skills Experience in the food industry, particularly in a bakery or restaurant setting is an asset. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
