Half or whole pig available. Will be ready early/mid-November for pickup as custom, frozen cuts. This pig has been raised ethicallyon our small family farm in the Cowichan Valley, Tamshire Farm, with room to roam and root. We are certified with Island Health, with our processing done through local Lester's Butchery. Cost is $6.25/lb for hang weight, which includes all meat, bones and fat. That covers basic cuts. If customer wants smoked or cured cuts, the customer covers that. Hang weight is estimated between 200-230 lbs. Deposit required of $150 for a half, $300 for whole. Once deposit is recieved, we will send the link for the customer to order all their specific cuts.
