Join us as Office Manager at Mount Brenton Golf Course, a unique opportunity that offers a flexible three-day per week schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 8 am - 4 pm. Duties include responding to questions from Club members, Staff and the public, as well as all daily tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the golf course, which include AR/AP, bi-weekly payroll in Sage, recording in Sage accounting, preparation of financial reports and statements for Board of Directors, all banking activities, posting daily General Ledger, participation in Board meetings which includes the recording of minutes, assisting our Auditors in providing required financial reports and accounting files, and attending the AGM and recording of minutes.
