Seeking Rural Rental for Local Business Family

We own a local business in the Cowichan Valley & we are looking to condense our residence & shop to one property (we are currently on two properties). We don't need a storefront as we go to our customers at their home or business, so a garage or shop is mainly for storage of materials. We are happy to rent a house, or alternately, a property with a shop where we can move our fifth wheel (hydro, water, septic required). Ideally we would prefer an acreage that is somewhat rural as we are quiet & we enjoy our space. We already have Starlink so don't need wifi and if you have a house to offer, a wood stove is an absolute bonus. We are flexible as far as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, whether utilities or furniture is included, square footage, etc. Location & shop space are our priorities!
