We are looking for ideal tenants to live in our cottage located on a large shared acreage south of Duncan, quite setting in the woods, separate driveway and yard, shared garage next to the house, wood heat, washer/dryer. Avail. Feb 15th or March 1st. Close to Bright Angel park. Excellent references, both personal and work, required. Utilities and firewood not included. If you are familiar with wood-stoves, organized to have dry firewood, self-sufficient, willing to do odd chores to keep the place up and community oriented pls apply.
