Master cannabis grower seeks apprentice

Hello I am a master grower at a locally licensed micro cannabis cultivation facility. We are currently searching for someone who wants to learn how to grow cannabis. It is not a high paying job but there is opportunity for growth, in time. You would learn how to cultivate high grade cannabis from start to finish. Your apprenticeship would include: Cleaning, mopping(cleanliness in the growroom)transplanting, pruning, leaf picking, harvesting, spending lots of time with the plants, understanding the systems of an indoor growroom and how to check them, mixing up nutrient solutions to feed the plants, you would learn how to repair irrigation, you would track plant data on an input sheet, you would be my assistant and would be hands on everyday learning what I do as well as helping me do all the work. A lot of the knowledge is transferable to any plants and a lot of the knowledge will be cannabis specific. On a day to day basis though in the beginning I would say the majority of your time would be spent with the plants and keeping things neat and orderly. The learning of systems and science etc would take place slowly and gradually and at the pace that your are comfortable with. Pay negiotable depending what experience you bring with you.
