This pure lard is hand-rendered from our pasture-raised pigs at Tamshire Farm. We believe in using the whole animal for sustainability and reducing waste. Lard has less saturated fat than butter! More and more people are (re) realizing the health benefits of using lard. It can be used in place of any oil, for baking, sauteing, frying etc. $20 for a 32 ounce/1 L jar.
