Straight shaft string trimmer / brush cutter. Made in Japan by Hitachi. Not a department store brand. On par with Shindaiwa. The most reliable trimmer I have ever owned. No matter what this machine starts easy and runs well. It has seen almost no use in the past 15 years. Comes with a blade attached but I would assume a trimmer head could be installed as well. Reason for selling - getting a bigger brush cutter with bicycle handles.
