I have a bunch of building material for sale , new 6x6, 6x4, 4x4, treated and not treated beams, 5/8 inch t n g plywood, 1/2 inch ranch board plywood, Also new 2x4, 2x6 studs. I will sell for 75% of new price, plus no tax. Located in maple bay. Reason for selling is I’m not going to do the build I was going to do. Also thinking of selling my property and would like it to look more neater. My loss your gain.
