Our studio units consist of one room, with closet space and a half bath en-suite. Tenancy includes heat, hydro, and 3 meals daily. Common shower and bath facilities available on each floor and are cleaned twice daily. Duncan Manor is an affordable solution to low income 55+ seniors or 18+ persons with disabilities looking for independent living. Duncan Housing Society is a local, community based, non-profit society. Subsidized rent is based on 30% of your monthly net income plus $658.00 for 3 meals per day in our dining room, the use of laundry facilities, and cable. If 30% of your monthly income exceeds market rent, which is set at $638.00 per month for 2021, then market rent will apply. Duncan Manor is a three-story building and is located within walking distance of downtown Duncan. Steps away, you will find Centennial Park, which offers community gardening, the Cowichan Lawn Bowling Club and more. Within several blocks you will find medical clinics, pharmacies, financial institutions, grocery stores, public transportation, senior activity center, and the post office.
