Taking orders now! Fresh, local, farm raised lamb available for early December. The lamb is raised in the Cowichan Valley on pasture and high quality Timothy hay. Lambs are sold for $14/lb as full orders and 1/2 sides. Full orders range from 40-50 lbs and standard cuts include: - Shoulder roasts - Rack of ribs - Leg steak - Stew cubes - Loin chops - Ground lamb *Custom cut orders can be arranged, but must be received prior to November 25th Please email lucky.cluck.acres@gmail.com to place orders.
