We love custom concrete jobs and are willing to take on more work in additions and smaller jobs such as landscaping/ hardscaping, cabinets, framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, trim work. And a set price for anything under. Flooring is $1.50 per sq/ft for laminate install (floating floor) Landscaping/ hardscaping is hourly. Allen block walls, paver stones, tree planting. Concrete is 350.00 per meter for footings or foundations or can be done hourly as-well. Flatwork concrete IE: patios, driveways, walkways/ sidewalks. Hourly on prep work such as digging, forming, and rebar. And $2.00 per sq/ft on finishing. Capable of broom finish and exposed aggregate. Siding install from Tyvek to finish product Hardi plank $5.50 per sq/ft (lap siding) Hardi panel $7.00 per sq/ft (board and batton) Metal siding $11.00 per sq/ft (corrugated, lux, longboard) Or hire us on an Hourly rate- This will include contractors discount on materials, access to expert sub trades, material take off’s, pickups, and delivery, scrap removal and clean up.
