Gentle warmth helps settle children at bedtime so they can achieve a good night’s sleep. Safe and easy to use. Heating: Place the pack in the centre of the microwave oven for one minute (heating times will vary with the power of the microwave, to prevent packs from overheating, microwave in 30 second increments until proper heating time is determined for your microwave).
