1981 prowler 18 foot plus tongue. Zero leaks. New floor right down to cross members. New axle. Spare tire. Cover - $800 value. Super clean. New cushion covers. Everything works. Electric and propane appliances. Currently sleeps 3, can sleep 5 (read below) New electric hook up wired in. 2800lb unloaded. The only bad - we took out the main bed, it would be a double, so a new bed platform needs to be built.(picture shows the bed there but its not) A very simple project which could be completed with $50 worth of lumber and plywood. If we get to it the price will obviously go up. Bathroom is original. Love it but upgrading to something larger.
