$4,500 · Bakers Pride commercial convection oven, full size trays

this unit has about 2 years of use, we were baking pastry in it. works perfectly, take 4 full size trays, cooks evenly and really fast. (You can put 5 trays if it's really flat product) you can adjust temp, the amount of ventilation, open with one hand. there is room under for a half rack and you can stack things on top (not at the far back). takes 4 people and a pick up truck to move, took about 2 hours for my electrician to install (It's not wired in right now, it's in my garage, but I can get my repair guy to troubleshoot if you get it wired and it doesn't go for some reason) super clean and ready to go, serious inquiry only, this is top gear. unfortunately I don't have a need for this one anymore (no room) thanks for your time
