A very cool older "Exact Weight Under Over" balance scale in close to usable condition. We believe it needs a real good cleaning (even tough we knocked off a lot of the surface dirt,) a good lubricating and some adjusting or calibrating. A very neat and cool piece. When searching for pricing, it was all over, with several different models. We believe this is a very fair price.
