We are a family of 4 looking for a 3 bedroom rental in the South end of Cowichan (Shawnigan, Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay or Duncan for the right location). We have excellent references and have only had to move from a property due to owner selling. We have loved every rental like our own and take great care of where we live. We love our current rental but it is only a 2 bedroom and we have two kids who need their space/privacy. We would love to stay close to the schools they attend. One parent commutes to Victoria to work so we would love to be on a bus route and the other parent works in Duncan. We have a small well behaved dog who is fully house trained and crated when alone in the house. We will pay a pet deposit!
