300 or 500 sq ft of Indoor heated storage with seperate entrance

I have two indoor heated storage spaces available in downtown Lake Cowichan, One is 300 sq ft and the other is 500 sq ft. Both have separate private entrances. Not suitable for heavy industrial equipment or supplies. The 300 ft space is $350 a month and the 500 is $550.
