Responsibilities: Assist carpenters with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and shaping wood Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Help with the assembly, building, and installation of structures and fixtures Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials Contribute to the fabrication of wooden components or structures Clean and maintain tools and equipment Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols on job sites Qualifications: Previous experience or training in carpentry is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and a knack for following instructions Physical stamina for performing manual labor over extended periods Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit Eagerness to learn and grow your carpentry skills Ready to start building a rewarding career with us?
