$100 · Rare 1940's Moffat Debutant Stove

Killing me to let this go! My son has kindly been storing this adorable vintage stove...but my situation changed and wasn't able to use it � This is a rare model..the side shelves I've never seen before! All your vintage pots/pans or colourful Pyrex would be on display! I bought this up island from a vintage shop, was told it had been working when she purchased it..but..had been in a rental..tenants said oven wouldn't come on. The wiring seems to have been updated at some point. I contacted a business in Montreal that specializes in restoring antique/Vintage appliances about the oven issue..seems a common issue with the timer being stuck "on" and blocking the oven from turning on. Apparently an easy fix. Because it's been stored in my son's garage and he has a gas stove I've not been able to access 220 outlet to test it. The price reflects this..and the enamel issue on stove top ( There are appliance paint repair kits to fix this) I paid over double for it..so a steal at this price! I can send copy of email from restoration company on how to easily repair the timer pin . 36" wide
