Located in Skutz Falls (in between Duncan and Lake Cowichan) - 10 minute walk to the bus stop. Parking and dry storage available. NON-SMOKING (no exceptions.) - no partying/drugs. W/D, stove top, brand new toaster oven, new stand up shower, freshly painted, 1 queen bed and 1 futon that turns into a double bed, bright, private location with great walking trails surrounding. Utilities included. Wifi included. Cowichan River is a 5 minute drive away. Family of 5 + 1 dog live above, overhead noise WILL occur but we try to be as respectful and quiet as we can be. Prefer to rent to a clean, quiet, respectful single person, couple or single person with 1 child.
