WANTED: Quiet cat friendly garden suite/carriage house/tiny home

Hello landlords and home owners! I am a professional musician and film/tv artist, composer, teacher and music coach and I work from home on zoom. I have my own internet plan that I can easy transfer and turn on via a cable outlet. I am looking for a quiet suite or unit to live and work. I am a sole proprietor and have several streams of income online as well including teaching, coaching and mentoring clients. I have my police check done as well. I don't drink or smoke and I love to cook and go for walks on the beach as often as I can. I also have a 10 year old well trained and very friendly small cat named max who is fixed and well behaved. I am very clean and organized and really enjoy my peace. I am not looking for a basement suite (people above me). I have been in one of those and I have a great relationship with that landlord and he has written me a great reference (I was there for almost 4 years) but it is just not quiet enough for my creative needs so I am still looking for my ideal home. I am fine with month to month but happy to sign a lease as well. If you have a free standing building (above a garage, garden suite, tiny home, inlaw etc.) I would love to have a conversation with you. I will need to give notice here of course. I am open to anywhere on the island as long as there is good internet close to a tower (I have my own Shaw account in which I will transfer) and it's peaceful and quiet.
