Looking for a workout buddy in the Cowichan Valley. I have a home gym with plates and Olympic bar w/ squat rack, DB up to 90, pull-up bar, dip station (in progress), cable unit, air bike and heavy bag. Also willing to go to the gym, preferably Olympic but will go anywhere local. I don't care if your skill is less or more than me. I just need someone to lift semi-consistently with. Male, 30.
