ISO long term detached rental

I am looking for a secure and safe long term rental, either a Bachelor, 1 bdr or 2 bdr, top floor, upper suite, detached rental or above garage/business in a quiet and private setting. It needs to have a full fridge, stove top is fine and in suite laundry or W/D hook ups. The closer to amenities the better and/or quick access to main road or highway. I have my own furniture as well as my own hydro and internet accounts. I am retired, female in my late fifty, I am very quiet, clean and responsible. I do not smoke or use any other substances legal or illegal and I am now without a pet. I have a vehicle, Ebike and tenant insurance. I am looking from Malahat to North Cowichan and maybe Langford and Chemainus depending on the area. Thank you for your time and consideration.
